2. Products

The products offered for sale are lingerie and hosiery items (stockings, tights, accessories), available as brand new or vintage. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. For vintage items, minor imperfections inherent to their age may exist and are explicitly mentioned in the product description.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are indicated at the time of checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The sale is finalized upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is validated.

5. Payment

Secure payment is available via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, or Apple Pay processed through Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Paris within 48 business hours.

France: 2-5 business days.
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Available Destinations: France, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

7. Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: 14 days.
Return Window: 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer.
Refund Processing: Within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Online Dispute Resolution (European Union):

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued. Information regarding certified consumer dispute resolution entities in European Union Member States, Norway, and Iceland, along with their contact details, can be accessed through the official European Commission directory at: europa.eu.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
