Shipping and Delivery
All orders are prepared and shipped from Paris, France, within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping Policy
- United Kingdom (Standard): €7.65 | Free shipping on orders over €100.00
- Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: For deliveries to the UK (outside the EU), additional customs duties, taxes, or local import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to Mainland France
Your orders are shipped via La Poste via tracked letter (Lettre Suivie) or Colissimo with a tracking number. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Shipping to Europe
Orders destined for the European Union are shipped via La Poste via tracked letter (Lettre Suivie) or Colissimo International. Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your package has been shipped.
